YIN

This class is taught by:

Cassie Aitken

If you ever wished to be a cool, relaxed go with the flow yogi, Hannah can be your role model. There's no mistaking her presence here at Hot Yoga Jupiter (she's kind of tall and obscenely flexible) and we just can't get enough of her good vibes and amazing classes.

Having grown up with a yogini mother, she experienced yoga from the early age of 5. Hannah practiced vinyasa in gyms, pranayama while driving, chanted in progressive churches and meditation at monasteries. Hannah attended numerous programs with Iconic Yogis such as E Schiffman and Sean Corne before the age of 12. Hannah studied with Director, Cassie Aitken, then owner of Hot Yoga Nashville, throughout high school and went on to Jimmy Barkan’s hot yoga teacher-training program in 2006 and later received a full scholarship to Bikram’s training in 2009. Hannah has been teaching Bikram and Hot Yoga and restorative yoga in San Diego, Nashville and La Jolla since 2006. Pretty impressive for a 26 year old.

Hannah studied nutrition at SDSU and integrative health at the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. She is committed to bringing love, joy and compassion to every class and is grateful for the opportunity to share yoga with others.

When she is not on her mat, Hannah enjoys cooking, baking, traveling and dance.

In addition to being a master of the hot yoga series, Hannah is your go to gal at Hot Yoga Jupiter for nutrition counseling, restorative yoga and private yoga instruction. Hannah can come to you or you may come to the studio.

Relax & Restore and Blissfully Long Holds and Yummy Stretches–  TRIAL thru Dec 31 and we fully anticipate adding this to regular schedule AND more frequently at noon and or mid mornings- but trials are up to you, take and take and if attendance warrants, they stay on permanently and grow.

ALL LEVELS. This yummy, breath-centered class combines slow, meditative movements, delicious stretches and deeply healing restoration that both soothes and energizes. Unlike our traditional hot 26 series, this class is not as warm and the room is heated to slightly above body temperature. Appropriate for students who simply prefer to move at a slower pace as well as the wisest of the more warrior type yogis who understand the importance of including a regular restorative practice for integration and longevity. About opening the body, this class helps muscles and joints renew and heal, and is ideal for conditions such as insomnia, asthma, fibromyalgia, chronic pain, migraines and depression. This is the perfect start end to a day and also perfect to proceed with a traditional hot class in the same day. Guaranteed to give you a new understanding of the word bliss! This class is also perfectly suited for children 14 plus and a special family time to share.
