During class, students are encouraged to start where they are, today. Students are provided a safe space to practice with exploration, instead of expectation or judgement. They are challenged to take the postures seriously and practice safely, but take themselves lightly. It is my intent to create the same experience for the Jupiter Yoga community. When you become a student at Hot Yoga Jupiter, expect to practice in a safe space and just BE. I am most thankful for the opportunity to teach and spread the gift of yoga in a new place and possibly, my second home.
